How to Tip Properly in Albania

It is best to leave all tips (10%) and other additional payments after the service, if it was acceptable in quality. But you should not deprive the service staff of tips – many of them work for a meager salary, receiving their main income from tips.

In restaurants, tips are usually given directly to the waiter after paying the bill, and not left on the table. In a taxi, it is easiest to just round up the amount.
